Do I have to set up an account?

No, you can also complete an order as a guest. However, by shopping as a guest, you won’t have the advantages of an account holder. Your address(es), payment method(s) and wish list(s) will not be saved for a quicker and more efficient order in future.

How do I set up an account?

You can create a free user account on apparel.goldsgym.com. To do so, click on "Register" under "My account" and enter your personal information and login data. You will then receive a confirmation email with which you can activate your user account.

How do I reset my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, go to Login in the shop and click on "Forgotten password". 

Enter the email address of your user account. 

The system will send you an e-mail with a link where you can create a new password. 

Once you have created a new password, you can log in to your user account as usual.

How do I register for the Newsletter and become part of the community?

To sign up for the newsletter, simply enter your email address at the bottom of our website and click "Subscribe" or click here.

Place an order for shipping on apparel.goldsgym.com by selecting your products and completing our checkout process.

You can check out as a guest or create an account with us and save your address and payment methods.

A user account does have some advantages however, such as order history overviews or an easier check-out.

Is it possible to cancel individual products or an entire order?

You can cancel an order within 14 days. This is described in more detail in the cancellation policy in the General Terms and Conditions. 

After placing the order, the shipping process can unfortunately no longer be changed, as it is automated.

Shipping & Delivery

Which courier service do you use?

To ensure fast and smooth delivery, we have reliable partners in DHL & GLS. We ship your order using DHL – GoGreen and GLS Klima Protect.

What are your delivery times and costs?

Standard delivery (3-6 business days):

For orders up to a value of 80€, the shipping costs are: see shipping cost table.

For orders over 80€, shipping is free for you.

Orders are shipped only on business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays in Germany.

During periods of high order volume, there might be delivery delays.

How can I check my order and delivery status?

Once you've submitted your order online, it takes about 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order before you can track it. You'll receive a shipping confirmation from us via email with a link to track your order.

I haven't received my order yet. What can I do?

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please check if the 6 business days after placing the order have passed. If this timeframe has elapsed, please send us an email through our contact form, and we will promptly check the status of your order.

If you have received a shipping confirmation, contact the shipping company to inquire about the status of your delivery.

I want to change my delivery address after the fact. Is this possible?

Changing the delivery address after the fact is not possible.

Once your package has left our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email. This confirmation will include a tracking number that you can use to track your package on your own.

Do you also deliver to parcel stations or pickup points?

When shipping with DHL, orders can also be delivered to parcel stations or pickup points within Germany.

For this, a postal number must be provided.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policies

Return Policies:

1. We do not offer free returns.

2. Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

3. Items must be unwashed and unworn, with the original label attached.

4. All items will be inspected.

Note: According to your right to cancel and legal requirements, the following items are excluded from exchange: headwear and gift cards. Swimwear must be returned with intact hygiene protection.

How long does it take to receive my refund from a return?

It may take up to 20 business days for your refund to be credited.

How do I make a complaint about an item?

You are welcome to return items that you do not like or that do not fit. Please use the return label that you can download here. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of the return. Please affix postage to your package and send it to the address you will find on the form.

If you receive a damaged item or have received the wrong item, please contact us through the contact form. In your message, please provide the order number and the items you wish to complain about.
